* Chat apps such as Teams, WhatsApp and Messenger often re-encode a photo sent as a picture, and the capture data inside it is lost. Wenvar still brings it in and says so on the record. If a stamp is printed on the picture and AI captions are on for the project, AI can read the date, time and address from it, with your consent, and the record is marked as read from the image rather than measured by a device. You can also state the capture date yourself, or import it as-is.

Project manager

The progress claim needs the pour photos from the 24th. Filter the date, pick the records and title the report PC-14. When a subcontractor’s claim comes in, the same search shows the photos taken that day and who took each one.

Site engineer

Tag defect2487 at the shutter. Every photo tagged with it lines up in one search, with the time, the position where recorded, and who took it.

Site supervisor and QA

QA tags photos ncr826 on site. Once uploaded, the supervisor can find the same records without a phone call or a chat thread. At the end of the shift, the day’s report comes from the team’s own photos.

Security and privacy

Clear about where records are kept.

Project records and photos are hosted in Sydney, and every person signs in with their own invited account. Some providers work overseas, including Anthropic, whose AI suggests captions where a customer switches them on and each person allows them.
